The CURE for the common workout

Bethesda’s Premier CrossFit at The National Institutes of Health

What better place to get healthy and fit than at the National Institutes of Health? CrossFit Daily Medicine trains at the Institute’s Building T-39, aka "The Loft," on the south side of the Bethesda campus.

Because we know you’re busy (aren’t we all?) we offer classes from dawn to dusk so it’s easy to fit CrossFit into your schedule. We’ve got all kinds of athletes in our classes: newbies, elite athletes, firefighters, police officers, students, parents and more. No matter what shape you’re in right now, you’re going to feel right at home at CrossFit Daily Medicine.

We don’t just throw you into a class with a "Good Luck!" No way. At CrossFit Daily Medicine, we’re focused on lifelong functional fitness. So you’ll receive personal coaching from your first day onward. If you’ve ever felt lost in the crowd at a gym before, CrossFit Daily Medicine is the antidote. Our small group atmosphere is just what the doctor ordered.

Don’t Wish For It. Work For It.

If you’re waiting for a sign, this is it.

Our Facility

Our 2,000-square-foot facility on the Bethesda campus of The National Institutes of Health has everything you need to stay in shape right near your work. We’ve got it all, including experienced coaches, all the cool CrossFit tools you love (and sometimes love to hate), unlimited access to outdoor space, and so much more.
